At Limise, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, you can shop with confidence knowing returns and refunds are simple, fair, and clearly explained below.
Return window (60 days)
You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Items must be in their original condition
- All original packaging must be included
How to start a return
To start a return, email us at info@limise.com and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange
We’ll reply with return instructions as quickly as possible.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as this helps ensure your return reaches us safely.
Exchanges
If you would like an exchange, we’re happy to help. Just mention “exchange request” in your email to info@limise.com, along with the item details and your order number.
Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Please note:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- After your refund is processed by us, your bank or payment provider may take additional days to complete the transfer
